My daughter recently leased one of the townhouses. We have concerns about ongoing maintenance issues particularly with the air conditioning system. The system had no usable filters inserted and the apparently has had no maintenance for quite some time. The unit has not been functioning adequately resulting in uncomfortable temperatures and high utility costs.
