Our unit went out the night before. I went through several other companies before Dixon reached out the quickest. Extremely friendly. The tech absolutely knew what he was doing. Dispatcher worked very well with me so I could accommodate my dogs prior to the tech showing up. I gave them 5 stars because that is all it would allow me to give. I’ll highly recommend them and they absolutely have my business if anything arise in the future.
We came back from vacation and found the internal temperature of the house was 91 degrees. I called our regular AC service and they couldn’t get to us until the following week and suggested we call around. We ended up with Dixon Heating & Air Conditioning, P.O. box 28, New Bern NC. They sent a tech the next day. That tech, AFTER charging the system with 6 lbs of refrigerant and charging us $696.54, told us we had a leak in the Evaporator Coil.
