I can only go by what my father says because there are no visitors allowed, but he wasn't in there for 24 hours. He wanted out.
My family and I are furious right now! My grandmother lives in Marley Neck Rehabilitation Center in Glen Burnie, MD. We were told that we cannot go to her window just to see her because of some other idiots decided to open the window and risk the lives of their own family members and other residents of the nursing home to COVID-19! My family and are not idiots and would never open the window to risk my Grandmother's health. She is completely deaf and cannot use a phone like other residents can. No one in the office has a clue of what they are doing.. and none of them care !!!!!!!!!!!!
The administrative staff are very lazy. Secondly the facility doctor wouldn't restart my IV nutrition and she has not spoke to me about it. Its something I need to thrive because my condition affects my eating. Asked to speak to the doctor administrator and no one would speak to me.
