I don't really know about this place but they seem nice on the phone but my dad is currently there as a resident and he been saying that they let him sit in poop for a long time and that he barley gets feed and that he is being badly mistreated ive seen alot of bad reviews & im not liking it very much my dad doesnt deserve to get mistreated by people that suppose to do there jobs.
My brother in law was neglected here and had to go to the ER twice. After they didn't check on his for over 12 hours and his urine catheter overflowing, he was found unresponsive and taken to WMC in the Critical Care Unit. The place smelled of feces and wasn't clean. We fought for him to go to a different place and he's doing a lot better now.
they do NOT take care of their patient's. NEGLECT
neglect of patients , lack of support system for families . This place needs to be reported to the state and an investigation done for neglect, starting with upper management.. needs to be shut down asap
NEGLECTFUL towards residents
A few decent staff members, but a lot of lip service when actually trying to get care for your family member. Ever show up and find your loved one wearing someone else's clothes because the ones you provided are lost.
