Jeramy was so polite, helpful, and professional when we used his services. He is very accurate with the values he proposes and follows the market to a T. He is very understanding of what trends are going on and his opinions of value are spot on. He is the best in the East idaho area and would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone that is looking for any appraisal services.
Gave us a very low appraisal and left out comparable comps that were much higher and refused to adjust it price

Please understand what you are getting with Jeremy Dixon. Jeremy was hired to do an appraisal on a 4-Plex that I owned. His value was dismally low. When I asked Jeremy if it was he that owned that property if he would sell it for the price he appraised it for, he could not answer yes. Others confirmed his appraisal was not valid, not accurate, and very low. When the appraiser himself would not use his own value, that is all you need to know.
