My appraisal was scheduled for Tuesday July 13th at 2pm and Mrs Dixon was at my house on time ready to go. She was very courteous and professional. She created a very clear layout of the home and took notes and pictures to look back on. She wrote down upgraded items and even pointed out something I forgot about. I would 100 percent use her services in the future.

Lowballed our appraisal. Forgot or conveniently didnt add things to the report. Used homes more than 5 miles away from mine. Also while not adding our upgrades per her words"i didnt feel it would add value" and the "she cant speak to me about my appraisal" duh didnt I pay for her services...why YES I did!. Also the comps used, I see as confusing my home has a finished basement the other 2 one doesnt even have a basement and the other has an unfinished basement. Both with equal or less total sq ft.
