The young gentleman doing the X-Rays is absolutely amazing, compassionate, sweet always helps me. Such a lovely man from the Bahamas.
One star for Francine, one star for Adeo (Hands down the BEST med. Tech I've encountered in my life). Otherwise this location would get -5 or 0 stars. Very poorly managed, the staff uploaded an inaccurate scan and provided it to my doctor. When I called to explain, they made me drive over an hour away just to give me the WRONG results. They then said to discuss with my doctor, who also had the wrong results. Then they ask me WHY did I not have the right information. Horrible experience. You go for an Xray after an injury for a reason. If theres a fracture, you need to know about it asap. They keep you hanging for 2 days and even after a million calls, tell you that the typist needs time to type it. All you know is you have no clue about your situation for the entire long weekend. Please save yourself the horror of going to this place . THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL SETUP.
