The staff were calming, which I needed after going to 2 other places that don't do walk-in x-rays. Eventhough it was past 6pm, I was seen in less than 10 min.
Don't go on Saturdays for mammograms. The lady is terrible and very rude.
I had a mammogram today scheduled for 9am. 10 minutes later I was called in and had the pleasure of meeting Jill. She was the absolute best technician I have ever had. She was calm, polite, caring, sensitive to my needs and so beyond kind. She really calmed my nerves and was super gentle and attentive. Thank you Jill for being such a magical person!
This place is brutal. Turned down an urgent x-ray and ultrasound for a pizza party. After seeing the entire staff eating pizza in the waiting room, I was lied to saying they were having a meeting with a plate her in hand. Absolutely disgusting.
I have been going to Dixie Xray for a few years now. Jill is amazing. Thank you for being so kind.
