I had worst experience in this place , first receptionist ask my OHIP card then ask for my driver license she said she wanted to make sure the address is right , but why I lie , I am in pain and I need medical attention, why I have to lie, so rude no smile no please and thank you my ultrasound nurse not making any effort to know what am I saying seems like I am pice of meat, then came the Xray , he ask me to move my hand to get some pictures but when I told him it’s wrong finger he said no worries he sand pictures to my doct... read more
Booking an appointment with them make you feel like your are dumb. The tone of the voice sounds like they have no patience to wait for you to answer the needed information for the booking appointment. I just cancelled my appointment right away.
Their phone lines r busier than the CRA call centre!
Most unprofessional ultrasound clinic I’ve ever been to, from the receptionist to the ultrasound technician. Booking is a nightmare having them to pick up the phone is a nightmare going in person is a nightmare that amount of times they change your appointment to accommodate themselves is a nightmare never coming here again.
WARNING WARNING WARNING Dear Dixie X-Ray Managers If you truly prioritize and care about people's health as you claim on your website, hold your middle-aged Black male technician accountable and remind/teach him again to properly protect the patient by covering them with lead shields during the procedure, to prevent exposing them to unnecessary radiation.
