Recently I went in for an oil change on my 2024 rav4 and the technician recommended i change my cabin air filter which was changed not even 1 month ago and did not even show me while recommending the service which is typically recommended once a year. This procedure/ these types of technicians are why customers hesitate to go to the dealership for any service. This is was extremely disappointing and also infuriating and demonstrates how comfortable the technicians are upselling customers.
Hany Fam and his team David, Arlet and Ameer were helpful and supportive during my car lease purchase. They were open-minded to answer all the questions I had. Highly recommend for the service.
