I just picked up my brand new Grand Highlander from Hany Fam at Dixie! My entire family has been coming to see Hany and he always looks out for us! His team was extremely professional and made the whole process smooth! Thank you again Hany, Avi, David and Matthew for everything!
I would give this agency 0 stars. My experience with salesman Frank and his boss at the center ( guy with beard , bald and wearing glasses) has been pathetic. I placed an order for Grand Highlander 2 years back and I was willing to pay an deposit of $1000 as well but Frank said deposit is not needed, I have been following up since then , and upon my last visit they said they didn’t place any order and they are not liable for this as they didn’t take any deposits.
