Ripped me off. I paid the owner, Gary Mock, for an entire new roof to include new flashings, vents, chimney caps, etc. As Gary knew, I lived out of the area. A few months after the roof job was supposedly complete, my tenant told me it was leaking around the chimney. So, I called Gary about fifteen times over a three week period and was finally able to get him to send someone out. He said the caulking around the chimney was wrong, and it was the painters fault.
