First off I wouldn't leave any stars. This place needs to be shut down. Listen to the reviews. Run run run. This should be your last result. I moved out of the house I was in @5132 Kingston because it was outdated and run down. Mold infested, plumbing, cheap paint, smoke detector didn't work, house wasn't insulated, vent hood didn't work, refrigerator didn't work, the stove half way worked, some of the burners didn't work, the oven stopped working, cheap carpet. I’ve never had any issues at all with this company!! I pay my rent on time and if I have any issues, I put in a work order and they come out the same day!! I don’t understand these bad reviews bc my experience has been nothing but AWESOME!!!

Low income housing. Not much to say otherwise. You pay for what you get. And at under $400 per month for a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment, you'd be hard pressed to find similar. Yes, the maintenance is kind of hit or miss, but most of the time they show up the same day you put the work order in. The tennants that have had to wait, either put in the order late or at the start of a weekend. And that's when they don't have a downright nasty attitude.
