Do not move in, untrustworthy!! I'm having to get a lawyer involved to resolve unfair charges after moving out. I got the attorney general involved, but the response from Dixie properties was filled with incorrect information: filing work orders after being begged for months, even if filing at all; incorrect or complete lack of paperwork, causing me to be charged for something they messed up while replacing; and denying the claim that the appartment manager gave me a money order when I found out money had gone missing. Not sure about this business but if the people you employ are a refelction of you then I wont do business with you. Your so called manager at timbers Ft. Smith runs around bragging to everyone about evicting a person with a disability because this person called the police after being physically assualted! There is no reason on the evection notice(illegal according to attny I talked to). This is also the 3rd manager in as many months. I will tell anyone looking to rent to stay away from the timnbers
