Disappointing. Setup an appointment with Andrew. I got there on time. Waited 20 minutes. Told me right off the bat that someone else was picking up the vehicle at 4. First red flag. We made arrangements prior to me coming to the location that they would put it on a lift for me to inspect the vehicle. When I got there he gave me two excuses why he could not.
