RecommendedRight now not real happy with them. We have been a long time customer. I just called for oil delivery for next week and would not give me a date for delivery. I am not going to leave a check outside for 5 days not knowing when they are coming. I guess I have to call every day to see when they are coming😤

This is the very 1st time that we are using them and hopefully the last. We haven't gotten our oil delivery from them yet and according to them we had been on "the list" for delivery 3 times now and still have NOT gotten our oil. We called a handful of times and have gotten the run around each time with the above B.S. Even after my husband told them the 2nd time after they didn't show that we were down to a 1/4 tank of oil and running out fast. Not very easy to get ahold of. All my calls go to a call center that can’t do anything except tell me that someone will call me later.
They are charging an extra $129 because I need propane before the 29th. I called on the 19th. Unbelievable. Of course I can only use Dixie because I’m leasing the tank. Is this legal??will be pursuing other options after the holidays. Very disappointed. I was very happy with their services prior to horrible way to treat a loyal customer.
Rick Wilson, Dixie Land Energy Division Manager, has gone above and beyond the call of duty to answer our call for an estimate for a new oil furnace. He extended his workday well into the evening on Friday night in order to come to our house to get the estimate started after I spoke with him late on Friday afternoon.
