My friends have used Dixie Jet and Rotor and said the same thing. Aircraft are expensive enough, dealing with these kinds of people when you need something serviced correctly is just a shame. I recommend Shaun at Lakeland Aircraft to anyone looking for reliable service. My fiancé now uses them solely.

If you want to use your helicopter do not use Dixie Jet. He had more delays and excuses than I thought possible. Trip after trip cancelled because it was either in his shop or needed to go back after he fixed it.

Strongly recommend using Lakeland Aircraft. My experience w Dixie Jet has NOT been good. In fact it has been very unpleasant. Overcharge and under deliver. Repairs took way too long and the excuses unbelievable. One repair visit took 113 days 😳 Lack of attention to detail was scary. Example Paint overspray on my chopper. I wish I had used Lakeland Aircraft from the start.
