Would NOT recommend. Routine maintenance requiring MONTHS of downtime instead of days, both time and charges far exceeding estimates, rude and aggressive when explaining differential between estimates and ACTUAL invoices. Invoices that seem to purposefully lack detail. I stand by the first sentence in my review, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
Thumbs down. I may try to do the work myself next time. Possibly land the old whirlybird in a Pep Boys parking lot.
I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. From the start, timelines were never met, and every delay was followed by excuse after excuse. Instead of making my project a priority, I constantly felt like I was waiting on their schedule and completely held captive to their timing, with no clear updates or accountability.
