They are the best! Office person was very professional and helpful over the phone. They got me on the schedule fast, our technician was polite professional they even wear shoe covers to enter my home very thoughtful of them. They gave me options to repair my heater and get it up and running. now I could stay warm in this cold weather ⛈️🌨️ Thank you 😊 HIGHLY recommended!

Let me start off by saying this has been the hottest summer I have ever experienced and continue to experience because of Dixie heating and Air. Week 1 (6/7/2020): I Originally called DH&A at the end of May/ beginning of June, to have someone come and look at my AC Unit, They were quick, and they sent someone out that very same Day!
