When traveling I usually look up cool spots with great rating on Yelp. My family and I were not disappointed with Dixie Grill. Really cool looking spot with a neat vibe. Food was really good...as good as I'd hoped after reading the reviews and looking at the pictures. I only withheld a star because our server while did an okay job, just didn't seem as outgoing as a server should. The server at the table next to us was fantastic with a great personality. That Louisiana Hash my husband had was out of this world, and the Chocolate Chip Espresso pancakes � I had were scrumptious ! Good stone-ground grits as well, and the service is always awesome.
If you are looking for a fancy place,this isn't it !! If you are looking for good food and friendly staff, this is the place. Any time I'm in Wilmington, I try to eat breakfast here!
Loved the corned beef hash with eggs cooked perfectly.
Besides having amazing shrimp and grits they also have a great staff who were patient with us as we had a little photoshoot there today. Food is on point, staff is awesome, and the restaurant is super cool �
Coming from Sweden, I always go back to Dixie Grill and have the Roasted Turkey and Bacon Wrap at Dixie Grill � I love the food and the atmosphere!

I see why everyone says this is the place to eat breakfast in Wilmington. Omlets are very good and the pancakes are amazing.
Good food at a good price. Some of the waitstaff is nice and some are not.
