The linemen are great, no complaint there. The administration and the customer service representatives are rude and low on actual facts about smart meters. They are shady and greedy. Manipulators. Speaking money on magazines and the administration will not answer for their actions. They used to be a good company but unfortunately they are sellouts. When I click button for stop service application all that comes up is my account info with no link to stop service. Very unhappy with app
I've never experience so many service outages in my life until Demco was my power provider. I've had appliances ruined from surges and outages and they refuse to compensate for losses. Nothing has improved since my last rating. Living with DEMCO is worse than living in a third world county. I have passed the point of trying to live with the third world country service they provide. I love my property and where I live, but living here, if the wind blows, you know you're going to lose power. This is the most ridiculous joke of... read more
