Total rip off. They charged me for exercises that I never performed in the office and they charged me a manual therapy fee for rubbing a cream on my shoulder. I could have rubbed that cream on my shoulder myself. I could have purchased the cream myself and rubbed the cream on my own shoulder. I was not told that I would be charged an additional fee for cream being rubbed on my shoulder or for performing the no exercises that I did.
