So we drove way over a hour to get there! And when we got there they turned us down for a full capacity of all tours for the entire day and we got there at 12 and the place had just opened a hour earlier! Now on there website they had no information about no available tours nor do they let you schedule tours for the next day! I was told to come back the next day and be there when they open and “HOPEFULLY” we could go in!!!!! This place is the biggest joke I have ever seen!!!!! This place is refusing people for not having a mask some of those people have medical conditions
Just stopped to go see the caverns and antique mall and was asked to leave because I was not wearing a mask. Never mind my asthma that prevents me from wearing one. Parking lot is empty and they still run off paying customers.

Good stop. Interesting cave in that you go up instead of down. Guide was engaging and informative.
Took my daughter and her friend shopping in Roanoke and made a quick decision to stop at Dixie Caverns. Had a wonderful time and our tour guide Dillon was awesome! He even got our group to sing happy birthday! Dillon, you rock! ☺️
