I purchased a GMC pickup in August. I chose this dealership because Big Mike is always fair. My salesman was great, but things changed drastically when I got to Drew the finance guy. Don’t trust him!!!!! I traded my other vehicle and put money down and told Drew I did not want any extras. He said ok and sign here, I asked for paperwork and they advised they don’t provide paperwork anymore, they give you a Zip drive. Didn't get product I was qouted. Model number of item I was quoted was different than what was installed. The item that was intstalled was a discontinued GM product which states is for a 2020-2021 model, I have a 2023 model which shows a different model number
