Entire team was very helpful in getting me into my new truck. Service squeezed it in to get it ready so I didn't have to wait till monday to drive off. Andy was very helpful and took care of everything. My wife has used service for her new Buick and they were great as well. Highly recommend Dixie and Andy!

I will not be taking my vehicle back to this GMC service department. They quoted me over $9,000 to replace the lifters and camshaft—repairs that, according to the second opinion I received, weren’t needed. When I left, Greg told me, “Don’t go far—it won’t last.” That’s a concerning thing to hear, especially when another shop tells you those repairs aren’t necessary. Was not greeted at the dealership when I came in for starters, hardly anyone there behind service desks, when I did get asked what they could do for me I told them I had an appointment for service for an oil change and tire rotation and multi point inspection. They checked me in and gave me a number to text and a link to see where my truck was in the service process.
