I absolutely recommend Dixie Used Auto Parts! I needed a rim and tire on my difficult size car; my husband unexpectedly had to go out of town for a while and he was worried about me driving around on the donut (spare tire/rim) so he said, "Drive into that Dixie place and see if they will help! I bet they can." And he was right, mind you weve never done business here before. I walked in and immediately was helped with warmth! And to my surprise they had a rim and tire that fit my car! Asked if they had a certain car they said no but very quickly referred me to somebody who had one in stock I have other project cars will come here for them good service.
Good place to get your parts. I was in a rush payed for them to pull a part and called O'Reilly's they said they had it and ran back after 5pm closing and they gave me back my 20 dollars and kindly said call us if you still need it. Well O'Reilly's didn't have it 🥴. So I called in the morning and they pulled it without any money. After I got the part I needed help taking my part which was a spindle and I needed the part the tire goes on and it was stuck he said bring it up here without hesitation. Horrible customer service here 🤦🏻♂️ dude at the counter didn’t have the decency to look at you when your talking to him. They also rather let the part go to waste or throw it away, then lower it and work with the customer just to sell it I guess I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Part I was looking for was old and dusty, which I thought that they would’ve worked on the price for me, but they were adamant that they were staying at the fixed price.
My truck died at the gas station today and the owner of Dixie Auto Parts just happened to be their fueling up. He was very kind and helped me get my truck running again. It's great people like this that restore your faith in the community.
