Hired Andrei of Dixes Landscaping for snow removal. Came at beginning of season, took our money and then never came back. First snowstorm came and he never showed up. After repeatedly calling him and texting, he said he would come and never showed up. Second snowstorm came and this time our calls, texts and emails went unanswered. Again, he never showed up. WARNING…this company removes snow only 48 hours after the snowfall, 52 hours after a storm or don’t show at all, therefore, if you don’t clean your own snow, in a snow storm, you are a prisoner! And forget about any communication…they don’t answer the phone
