This is perhaps the worst snow removal service I have ever conducted business with. I agree with the delay in snow removal. I have repeatedly asked for a refund for services not rendered. I was assured I would receive the payment no later than June 1st. We are currently June 13th and despite numerous attempts to contact them, I have received nothing. A very disappointing experience. My only recourse for reimbursement will have to go through the legal system. I would not recommend this company for anything.
