RecommendedJust had our backyard pavers done and cannot say enough about the phenomenal work the crew at Dix Landscaping has done. From start to finish, Ralph and his guys were professional, knew what they were doing, and the hardest working guys (especially in this Florida heat)! Prices were comparable to others, but the level of attention to detail and professionalism was 100% reason for my choosing Dix Landscaping. These is no better in town.
Dix Landscape not only did a great job on my yard but provided awesome customer service. They arrived as scheduled. They provided expert consultation and listened and addressed all my concerns. They were fast, efficient, and professional. Thank you Jonathan and the whole crew! I highly recommend Dix for all your landscaping needs!
I would highly recommend Dix’s!! They were professional, stuck to their said timeframe and they did a terrific job. The job included many trucks of dirt fill then grading, extended irrigation 7-8 pallets of sod and lots of tree trimming. I definitely made the right choice with the 3 I received quotes from.
Run away fast from this company. They don’t stand behind their work. Gave me sod that was half dead at installation. Said water twice a day. After a month it’s still dead. Installed a 5 port irrigation valve that leaks a lot of water when the system is off. No warranty/guarantee, they told me to get someone else to repair over the phone finally. They don’t return phone calls. Paid them over 2K and they won’t resolve the issues.
Poor performance, didn't get what I paid for. Hired Dix to landscape my front yard. Received an agreed upon quote that included stump grinding a very large stump in the front yard, planting a Red Rocket Crepe Myrtle, a pallet of sod, and reconfiguring the sprinkler bubblers to the two new trees. They did a great job planting the Red Rocket and laying the sod and plants around it. The stump, previously ground to grass level by the tree removal Co., was never ground down. Update… Dix owner came by and reviewed the project and listened to my concerns. The following day his crew came in and fixed all the problems to our satisfaction. This kind of prompt diligent follow up was appreciated and I am obliged re visit my review Can’t fix the delays but otherwise 4 stars Very Disappointed, If I could give less than one star I would. James Carey Dix stands behind his work and is fair in price . A rear find in S Florida. I’ve retained him now for three years and when there is a problem , he fixes it, sometimes same day . Old school Florida guy and you will be pleased if you hire Dix Landscaping : Jon P Arnold
Dix Landscape just added 5 palm trees to our backyard today, to help us with a privacy issue due to a neighbors new home! Jose and his crew did an awesome job! I would highly recommend Dix for landscaping all day long!!
