Disgusting attitude, my dog went in for a simple request to be on IV to get better, instead processes not approved were performed and when I asked why they said it was too busy to explain and it was absolutely necessary to keep my per alive! Ludicrous, i am Thinking of even pursuing a small claims court action. The staff was like 'Meet Joe Black!' My mom and I both use them and we are always beyond thrilled. They take such great care of our cats, even though Zuko is extremely difficult at the doctors!! I just referred my cousin there whose puppy broke his knee, and Dr. Ally was nice enough to get her right in and take care of the surgery. The nurses are also always incredible and it is clear that they are all genuine animal lovers. I would recommend everyone to go there, they are truly amazing and we will forever be a long time customer.
I am so greatful and so happy that my dog Truman has been so very well taken care of by the one and only Dr.Ally...she has saved my dogs life not only once but twice..The staff is amazing..they bent over backwards for us...making sure that my dog was ok..they even opened up the place on a sunday for him when he was so so sick...if its not Dr.Ally that you use,I have had pretty much all of the amazing Drs there...and they are all so great...when you call to make an appointment the ladys on the phone are so nice..I really coul... read more
