My bus died on me and left me stranded at Buckees on Christmas day of all days. Dixs sent out Rick to get me back on the road. The technician was very positive and assured me I would be back on the road. I had my doubts being a holiday and parts not being available but Rick had mad skills. I won't go into all that he did but within a few hours of my initial call I was back running and on my way home. Much thanks Dixs: Ben
Not satisfied with their work and will not recommend them to any truck drivers. They will not perform the task yet charge you hourly before saying they cannot fix the problem
