We bought a challenger, charged me $851.00 for plates. I was stunned about the $150.00 “doc” fee, I want told about this. (I could have gone to Secretary of State myself and kept the $150) but fine my bad. A month later and 2 paper plates later I still don’t have a plate. I think they just took my money at this point. I’m going to have to start legal actions. I just don’t want anyone else getting ripped off!Also paid cash for the car, not financed. I can only imagine that nightmare!
they r robbers if they sell u the right part to ur car it's no good then there is no boss they won't give u ur money back. there the worst ever state of Michigan should shut them down
WORSE COLLISION SHOP EVER. They had my car for over a month , then when They finally finished my car it was not a good job. Terrible customer service. It’s hard to get a hold of someone then when you do .. no one knows any information. I do not recommend. Sam does not know how to talk to ppl
