No professionalism at all, her attitude toward my concern was undermined. This kind of treatment is not acceptable. She's the Dr.but I'm the patient that she's supposed to provide the proper care and information she promised under oath. Quickly they want to push you to the emergency room. The bedside manners no longer exist in the medical field. This is very disappointing and upsetting.
