I'm only giving Ms. Moxley 1 star because I have to. She accomplished very little in one year's time representing me in my divorce case. She cancelled court dates stricken by agreement before agreements were signed, then Respondent wouldn't sign causing the requirement for new court dates which never got done. She took weeks to respond to most e-mails if she didn't just completely ignore them altogether. I've been looking for a check for the last 12 months that she has in her possession. Chandler is great. Very responsive and explains everything thoroughly. She was a true mentor through the entire process.
Chandler is a very educated and hard working attorney. She puts her clients first (during what seems like the worst time of your life) and is very quick to respond to any and all of your questions and concerns. God forbid I need legal counsel again, I will definitely be giving her and her team a call!
Only 3 things certain in life. Death taxes and lawyers swendiling you out of money. If I could put zero stars i would. Gave alot of promising talk in the beginning only to go thousands into the process and be told that's not a realistic option when it was time to fight for what was portrayed as an option all that time. Get you a honest attorney that will fight and be up front with you.
Working with Chandler was super easy! I did not have to think much at all about what I needed to do to get my divorce done. Chandler communicated clearly as she moved along the process, and I never had to wonder where we were. My ex-husband left the country as I was filing, and Chandler was able to get us processed despite his absence and inability to go to court.
