If I can give her 0 stars I would. She's really unprofessional. Becareful with her all she cares about is her money and after she gets it she delays on processing your paperwork. She told us to pay her before we go to court because if the paperwork was not in the case would be dismissed and we would have to start all over so we did she never put the paperwork in we went to court and the judge said since her paperwork wasn't turned in before the court it wasn't valid. It's too bad that zero stars is not an option. I can t emphasize enough how unprofessional and poorly run this business is. Divorce is already an emotional and trying time for couples. We were treated as if we should already know how this process works. Yolanda was very condescending to both myself and my wife. Initial petition and paperwork to the courts were riddled with errors. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND COMPASSION – My experience was as smooth as can be when faced with such a difficult subject. Both my ex-husband and I were treated with compassion and respect. Yolanda is extremely knowlegable and very fair. She cannot offer legal advice but she puts things on the table for you to figure out for yourself. Good only if you are the petitioner – If you are the Petitioner they treat you very well. If you are the respondent they treat you badly. I even had one employee make a statement about my now exhusband "He seems like a really nice guy and I am sure he would not do that to you" So be careful- IF you can be the petitioner Great- but if not - GOOD LUCK-
