Contractors beware, company is not worth working for. Their app requires photos before and after, if app is not working then you dont get paid for service. We spent more time messing with app and photos that get kicked back as unacceptable photos.
1 Star is generous don't do business with this provider they will not pay on time they breach agreements , and dispute card payments. Shame on them for stealing from hard working small businesses. I plan on reaching out to several news sources and filing liens and suits to retrieve late fees and disputed funds.
They reached out to us to perform some preventive maintenance work, and what an outstanding company to work with! We completed the job, took all necessary pictures, had the invoices signed on-site—and they followed through by paying every invoice just as we discussed. That kind of reliability isn’t always easy to come by in the commercial world, where chasing down payments is often part of the process. We truly appreciate their professionalism and look forward to working with them again.
WARNING UPDATE 7/14/25 Divisions is refusing to respond to a complaint from BBB!!! Kohls has a contract with Divisions for snow and ice removal. A slip/fall occurred in property. Kohls investigated and approved compensation with video. But, Divisions sun contracted to Advanced Industries. The BBB reports a plumbing license. The company is a lighting and irrigation company?
