WARNING UPDATE 7/14/25 Divisions is refusing to respond to a complaint from BBB!!! We were told, ny BBB, to contact the Attorney General. We have reported this company to the BBB along with the sub contractor Advanced Industries. No one at either company will respond via phone, text or email. We will continue to utilize State and Federal agencies to investigate the contract Divisions has with Kohls. Then sub contracting their responsibilities to Advanced Industries. To rate us is pretty crazy maybe evaluate your team like the GBT the amount of work I did for them in a 45 day period and because they wish I could control the rain which is in possible Zach Simone and Katie miller become extremely rude canceling a work order while check in while almost done while they had the proof they just wanted to show dominance and disrespect I can promise you because of people like this you guys are losing vendors some good and some bad but this isn’t the way to treat us truly hard workers we don’t ge... read more

There is a duty of care, that extends to all customers. Negligence causes severe injuries. .
Kohls signed a contract with a third party for snow and ice removal on their property. . This third party was Divisions per Kohls Corporate Office. Divisions then subcontracted their responsibility to Advanced Industries. I pulled in first parking spot, by walkway. I stepped out of car, to enter walkway. I violently slipped and fell, on a large patch of black ice, that had filled in uneven pavement or hole so close to doors. I , blacked out, and suffered multiple injuries, on Kohls property.
