Division 31 did some clearing and mesquite grubbing for me. Did a great job, did what they said they'd do, and did it when they said they would. Seamless experience. I held off writing the review as mesquite is hard to really do a good job of clearing. They did a "meadow" for me as well as property lines in preparation for a fence. The price was fair, and most if not all of the mesquite in the cleared areas did not come back. Clearing was complete about a year before the attached photos. We highly recommend Divison 31. Danul was prompt to come out and provide an estimate. He was able to start the job sooner than expected. Him and his team did an excellent job in demolishing and removing an old farmhouse. Very professional and kept in touch the entire time. We are now looking at him to do some additional work.
