There is non stop construction outside which is very noisy. The communication is also not great with the manager, it’s very difficult to get in contact with them with questions or concerns. Also, my car got stolen 2 times while living here.

Edit: the building is under new management that charges a fixed $90 utility fee. But the new management is not on site and hard to reach PLEASE READ THIS before you sign the lease!! EXPECT RENT TO BE OVER $200 HIGHER than the listed price with utilities included. I love living here. The walls are thick and the neighbors are pretty quiet and respectful for the most part. Management leaves you alone and for being in the city part of portland it feels pretty safe. I never encounter homeless people besides a couple times. The water is warm and the appliances are very nice! I will say its very weird how there are no cameras. Especially in portland. All other complexes had so many cameras. I would highly advice against living here. Property management does not respond to any email or phone outreach. I’ve had to go into their leasing office multiple times to check on the status of repairs (HVAC, microwave, closet door keeps breaking, etc) and they send me off saying that it is a priority, but proceed to do nothing to fix the issue. I lived here from the summer of 2021 to the fall of 2022. At first, management was awesome, but after living there a few months it seemed like COAST Real Estates was having a hard time keeping the leasing agent we originally met, and things were going downhill. We had a huge theft problem in the mailroom and parking lot which the building didn't address.
