Just stopped in at division optical in Wayzata to have the small nasal bridge cushion replaced on my sunglasses. The owner, Lisa, was tremendously helpful, so informative, and provided great information and her services free of charge! Her shop is incredible, full of amazing lenses and frames. Highly recommend!

[UPDATE]: The owner’s reply below is just a excuse to justify her poor service. The frame I brought in was a BRAND NEW, flawless MYKITA frame—the exact high-end brand that this store explicitly claims to be an authorized retailer for. When I walked in, she literally asked me, "Where did you get this?" and the moment she realized it wasn't bought from her store, she just bluntly said, "No." Trying to frame this as a "good business decision due to risk of breaking" is completely nonsensical. Lisa helped me pick the perfect frames. From there I struggled a lot with my prescription (at no fault to Lisa) she helped me pick the right lenses and also realize my prescription was probably wrong. After going back to my eye Dr. I now have the right glasses for me. Lisa was great. You will not be disappointed going to see her.
Lisa and this special store are a must visit. She helped me find glasses that I like to wear vs have to wear. She has the most unique selection that both fit my face and my personality. Someone compliments my glasses almost daily. I can't wait to expand my collection.
