Whoever it is that answers the phone in this department is TERRIBLE at their job. She doesn't state her name when answering the phone, is difficult to understand, and gets frustrated when I repeat my daughter's birthday literally 5 times. In addition, I call back to ensure the department as received the records and she tried to "confirm" my daughter's records were received by repeating random home addresses to me.
