I met with 3 different spine/nerve specialists trying to get help with a herniated cervical disc. Dr. Kevin Hwang in Mass General Orthopaedics and Dr. Palmer in Interventional Radiology were nice, but in terms of the most important thing--RESULTS--I got nothing from any of them. I paid A LOT for 1 consultation with Dr. Hwang and a cervical steroid injection from Dr. Palmer that did nothing for me. Waited 3 hours and was told “45 more minutes” three times. And I waited another 30 minutes before I decided to leave. Changed into my clothes and took out my own iv. Nurse said I could reschedule. Really? After spending most of the day waiting ?? Poorly run unit. I had an appointment and was a few minutes late but called to tell them that abs was only a few minutes late after all. They could’ve warned me and I wouldve. traveled back home. They acted like they had only one treatment room. VERY POORLY RUN UNIT!!
