They seem understaffed and over scheduled. I was not able to talk to anyone about questions I had about my procedure that involved more office procedure and transportation than a medical question. The person who answers the phone cannot answer questions or transfer you to anyone who can. No one called back. I was assured someone would call me back after the procedure and the faulty logic on that was not lost on the customer service rep, there was just nothing she could do.
