Hello Management, I am very disappointed in your customer service. Everytime I come to Miami I always have dinner at your downtown location. The food and service is exceptional. This year I will be down with a party of 15 and have called 5 times to get a reservation but no one returns the call. Either you are not interested in my business and you want me to take my business elsewhere or there is a disconnect in your staff that handle reservations for larger parties. It was a great experience the food was authentic the service was amazing, our server Giselle was great she went over the menu with us, she had such great patience and recommended some of the best plates. We can't wait to go back :)
