Los tipos de ceviche que pedimos estaban muy sabrosos PERO picantes! El picante de un ceviche debería ser opcional. Los calamares de la Chufa ( o chifa) estaban in masticables, parecían trozos de goma. La atención es muy buena. El lugar es demasiado ruidoso, es muy difícil mantener una conversación sin gritar.

En la organización de nuestro viaje a Florida desde Manchester (UK), Ceviche 105 fue una visita OBLIGADA. La comida muy buena, los tragos muy bien hechos, postres buenos, el servicio del staff excelente, muy céntrico. La única nota negativa a nuestro parecer en nuestra visita a este maravilloso restaurante fue que "La Chicha Morada" no era natural, era de polvos. Se notaba el colorante y estaba super dulce.
