Another great CVI.CHE 105 Experience!! This time, my 7 siblings, grandson, and I feasted on a broad selection for lunch yesterday. The ceviches, causas, secos, pescado a la Chorrillana, and lomo saltado were delicious!!! The pescado saltado was our only challenge as the "bassa" was not expected following corvina ceviche. Closing with suspiro a la limenya, merengado de chirimoya, and tocinillo del cielo [flan with coconut] with espressos.... left us wanting go back tomorrow! As always food is fabulous! We always get the same: mussels, 4 mixed ceviche and now the tacu tacu...happy bellies! Tonight our server Rolando was amazing as well! Couldn't ask for a better night out.
