SAVE YOUR MONEY, GO ELSEWHERE RE AUSTIN WEST. Her line work is inconsistent and scattered, she doesn’t listen when you tell her what colors you like, and she wasn't prepared for our appointment. The line work and colors that she completed on my tattoo all have to be reworked. Additionally, I asked the store owner, Paolo Acuna (also an artist in the shop), for help, but he never responded. RecommendedNice, clean & beautifully decorated place. My artist Ryan is wicked nice & does amazing work. Joe at the desk even found out what band was playing on the shop sound system for me when I asked who it was.
Ryan is so great, he’s very professional and so talented! My last 3 pieces always get compliments and I love them. The staff is always friendly and it’s so clean. Very nice shop!
Their professionalism and the way the make you feel comfortable at location. Sam is a amazing artist.
