I referred patient to Divinity and they were very helpful and made transition smooth and family was very impressed when them. Pattye was great and I’ve know Lori (nurse) for over 25 yrs and she’s an amazing nurse! Will continue to refer patients that are need of hospice care to them. Elva- Angleton Visiting Nurses

I recently called Divinity to gather information regarding hospice for a family member and I was NOT disappointed! The area director for business development (Pattye Groth) was exceptionally knowledgeable on helping and provided step by step advice. Not only did she provide professional guidance, but she was also very empathetic and personal! I was definitely impressed!
