I contacted Divinity hospice on Wed. May 15th based on the great recent reviews to help my mother who had a major decline in health. They verified her medicare that day & started the clinical notes collection to get her admitted. They reassured me that their nurse would visit my mother in her nursing home that week. By Monday May 20th they still had not admitted her, told me they needed an additional clinical note from the nurse practioner from her nursing home. I have just started working for this company and it is truly DAY and NIGHT from my past experience. They truly value and appreciate their hardworking employees! They are faith based and have a wonderful SW and chaplain. Our nurses are fantastic and have many years of hospice experience.
