My husband bought us massages off Groupon and we had a great experience! It was our first time getting massages professionally and Martha did not disappoint. We had some questions initially while trying to book and she made it easy to move forward. She addressed all of our problem areas and made sure we were comfortable and covered. Great conversation too!
Dont waste your time they will not return calls for paid appts..Been trying overv6 months to get Anyone to return my call yet I've never heard back until I complained n then it was a text telling me to go online n do what I tried n didn't work..im more stressed just trying to get an appointment..so unprofessional at this point I would t allow them to Touch me ..Just another Rude unprofessional do business in a basement establishment
Simply amazing!!! I've had many massages before but Mark does by far the best job ever!! Very calming spirit with amazing talent that leaves me pain free! He listens and is in tune to what you need. I'll never go anywhere else!!
very unprofessional, rude attitude, how can you be rude and hateful to someone who shows up at the time of the their appointment...( I had gifted a groupon massage to a friend of mine and I purchased 1 as well) that where we found this place was on groupon..anyhow .. she tries to get me to pay 25$ cancelation fee since the person i gifted it to canceled on her ) I told her ..I dont have anything to do with that.. as I don't and didnt even know about that issue existed ..then she refused service to me....WHAT ..WOW but, okay ... read more
I love coming here to get a massage. I stopped coming back here because they never call me back after I leave a message to get scheduled. I have had some problems in the past with this. I don't want to book online because my last appt was all messed up. I have called twice again this time to get scheduled. Hope they call me back this time. Frustrating!! I am going to give them one more chance.
