I called to see if they do spiral perms the lady that answered the phone had no idea what I was talking about and she says the only way that they put curls in people's hair is by curling irons that when they give perms it's only to put waves in it I asked her you honestly do not put curls in people's hair when you give perms oh no we don't some other places do but we don't we don't put curls in the hair other than using a curling iron if that's the receptionist she has no idea what she's talking about there's no way I'd come... read more

I was staying in Palm Desert and the person at the hotel suggested this salon for a haircut. I let him know I was more of a “barbershop” guy, but he told me that the owner really takes his time and makes each haircut personalized. It was a bit of a drive, but the clerk had a cool cut and assured me I would get a much better cut at a much better price if I gave them a try. I called and Shaun was able to get me in that day. Shaun is fantastic. He listens to you. He is very skilled. It isn't easy to get a sassy short cut with super fine hair. I am beyond thrilled. I went in with a pandemic mullet and left feeling beautiful again. Thank you Shaun. I love you!
