Went in for a consultation and arrived literally 5 mins late because of the weather. The receptionist was hell of a rude person named Kermit or something who told me I have arrived late and my consultation will be rescheduled or cut very short. She did not greet me or even smiled at me making me feel very unwelcome. After insisting that I need to see the doctor she rolled her eyes and went back to check with the doctor. The first visit was informative but quickly deteriorated when their approach pivoted to payment options. I felt like I was at a timeshare sale event, focusing on costs vs. Diagnosis. I can’t justify their higher costs compared to others, and I had no significant changes after two visits.
I took my wife to Divine Healing in Windermere. At the first initial visit they promised fixes for my wife's back and knee pain and were asked (sort of forced into) to purchase their 8 treatments package Costs close to $1000. $27 is just to get you in, after that they have very expensive treatment plans. With very little improvement and in fact more pain, after 2 visits we requested a refund and we were told, 2 visits are not enough. The staff and doctors are friendly, knowledgeable, and show a genuine interest in their patients.
Dr. Ali is an amazing doctor. My back pain has been reduced significantly. I have been seeing him for over a year now and I recommend him to anyone who needs a good adjustment.
