Horrible property management company. Doesn't pay her vendors. No wonder she is 2.5 stars. AVOID HIRING KANDI AND HER HUSBAND to oversee your property. We performed a move out cleaning on her property she manages, in Jackson, and she failed to ensure the property was ready and blamed the missed items on us, knowing she hired vendors to tromp through the property after our cleaning was completed ruining our work and messing up all the floors.
