Worse service you can ever receive Chinese guy in the front will argue with you if u don’t like your nails and not actually help. This location is unsanitary and uses old scrubs and foot graters and dirty towels to service their customers. Nobody in this location can do a simple ombré or French tip if you come back for a chipped nail or unsatisfactory u will be badgered on why u don’t like it. I come to this salon every month to have my eyebrows waxed but today was the worst service I’ve ever received. The eyebrow waxing was very rushed and she removed a corner of my eyebrow that shouldn’t have been waxed off. I immediately told the waxing lady and she denied the issue and rushed me out of the waxing room. I went to the front and explained to the manager that she messed up my eyebrows and I didn’t want to tip. He did nothing to resolve and neither of them cared that I wasted $10 to now have to correct my own eyebr... read more
