Today I tried Builder Gel instead of my typical acrylic set. This set was done by Heidi. I have been coming here a couple months now and she never disappoints. The shape and color is exactly what I want. She is great at communicating to make sure I leave satisfied. I also get my eyelash extensions done here too by her daughter (Cathya). I requested a gel manicure and regular pedicure. Everyone was very friendly. The space is clean and they got me in right away. My pedicure was great and quick and I’m happy with the look and color. My gel manicure took quite a while and I am disappointed with the results, unfortunately. I brought a picture of the color I wanted and even with that it took some trial and error to get the right color/result. It’s uneven, a bit messy, and more opaque than I wanted. This nail salon was good my first experience but the 2nd was horrible. I just came in for a simple nail color change and was charged $30!! The lady who painted my nails rushed it and left behind color from my previous set. Very disappointing. Please don’t come here unless you want your service to be rushed.
All the staff here are incredibly kind and professional. Everything is very clean and a relaxing environment. Would definitely recommend!!
