Very disappointed with my first experience here. My Gel-X nails started popping off within 24 hours, with the glue left on my natural nails. When I returned, the technician blamed my nails and left without properly addressing the issue. I was refunded, but the cleanup was incomplete and left my nails rough and covered in residue. Unfortunately, the way the situation was handled was very disappointing.
I am truly disappointed in my experience I was looking forward on getting my nails done on the first day of school. To start things of the lady I had cut my nails way to short and when I told her this is not the length I wanted she said it was 5 dollars extra after that she used the wrong color I anted and when I said it was the wrong color she said this was the only color she had and if I don’t want it she couldn’t do my nails I said it’s fine and afterwards she brought a gel polish and asked me is this color okay and I tol... read more
First time at the nail spa. I did a fill and color change with Kevin and will definitely be going back.
Not the best experience I really want to have a nice afternoon getting my nails done. arrived around 5:30 and the lady who was taking care of me was in a hurry I ask for a full set she never clean my nails I just got the acrylic nails glued in and the acrylic on top and paint . I got charged 72 dollars for the job she did. She was more worried about a paycheck she got and she was complaining about it. She left me in the chair and went took her paycheck to the back. Absolutely amazing!! After living in Haymarket for several years, I have been going to various salons, but have found the best with DEVINE!! Will look no further. Uyen (Cindy) is outstanding - she takes her time, so sweet and all the staff go above and beyond. I can’t thank everyone at DEVINE enough. They take such good care of me and my daughter. We couldn’t be happier. Thanks Devine!!
