Similar experience to many. My nail tech drew blood three times during my pedicure - even after I asked her to stop “pulling off my cuticles” followed by very obvious and vocal signs of discomfort. I’ve now got both feet with toes that are killing me days after.

The salon is very hygienic and tidy. My manicure was detailed and precise. The polish application was flawless. I’m extremely happy.
