First time visiting, I requested natural dip powder, the tech recommended two dip powders, well she tries them and they were close to white nail polish. She proceeded to get upset for having to redo two nails, and says she doesn’t have time to try anymore, so pick which one you want . To add, I provided two natural colors, and the one she tried were recommended, it seems she was upset by rolling her eyes and not providing decent customer service on a Tuesday. The nail technicians are extremely talented. They offer a wide variety of colors and styles. My nails always look on point. This place is the best!
If you want your feet scalded and cut, go here. I had been going here for six years, until last month. Once, a year ago (summer 2024), the technician doing my pedicure cut my cuticle. Incredibly painful. He then tried to tell me that the skin was dead. Umm, excuse me, but dead skin does not have nerves or blood. Since then, I made sure I wasn’t assigned to him, but continued using the shop. My last time there (June 2025) I asked the woman to not cut my cuticles. I’ve been to many salons but this one stands out. They take their time and really care about hygiene. The service is outstanding and the quality is amazing. I always feel special here.
They fixed a bad job I got elsewhere and made my nails look incredible. So grateful for their skill and patience. I’ll never go anywhere else again. Top notch service!
